What is reasons for tata nano car failure?

These are the eight major reasons for the failure of nano car, which I've known.

The engine compartment is poorly designed for an air cooled engine.

Gives lot of scope for trapped hot air.

No scope for the engine getting cooled when parked.

No proper ventilation for the hot air to escape when idle

Could be the reason for parked car catching fire
