The blower motor resister is located just to the left of the blower motor on the passengers side right below the blower motor return air tube.......
If you have not started the blower, simply dump the fuel out. If you have started the blower and it ran for just a short time i am afraid you have done serious engine damage to the blower. The cost to repair it would far exceed value of the unit.

the pressure of the root blower is higher then the wind box pressure, because what ever the unburnt particle come from cyclone separator is collect in return leg this unburnt particle return back into combustion chamber so the function of root blower is to continuous circulation.
turn off power to furnace and remove the bottom door to the blower compartment,the filter should be on the right side of the blower housing or it may be directly below the blower housing on the bottom of the furnace depending on how your return duct is run. hope this helps,FYI filters s/b replaced or cleaned every 30 days.
