your tires may need to be ballaced, when you put a tire on a rim you have to put weights on it because there are imperfections on it. sometimes the guy at the shop gets lazy, busy, or is just a jamoke and just skips doing that.
its under the steering wheel under the plastic cover and also there is one behind the battery under the bonnet on the nearside.
You will feel the steering wheel shake or judder in your hands at a certain speed. You will usually find it is ok at a lower speed then you feel the steering wheel shake as you accelerate and then disappears again as you go faster. Usually the shaking appears at exactly the speed you want to go (Murphy's law)
May be that the brake discs are warped and need replaced. Shouldnt cost too much maybe around £70 for both discs and pads. Or that the wheels need balanced, does the steering wheel judder when driving at speed eg 60 or 70 mph?

What aspect of the steering wheel/system? If you just want to raise or lower the steering wheel, there should be a handle on the left side of the steering column about halfway between the back of the steering wheel and the dashboard. Just push the handle down to unlock and adjust the steering wheel and up to re-lock it once it's in the desired position...
