It can happen. The bearings on the alternator of my Silverado did that once, and it ended up causing the vehicle to shut down.
the alternator on your car charges the battery which in turn runs the electrical supply to the car. if your alternator is damaged the battery will deliver power to the eletrical system until it no longer can and the car will stop running.if i were you i would replace the alternator, recharge the battery if it is still good and then happy motoring.
close all of the door then lock and unlock them>alarm should stop nd car should start
Depends on what car and what alternator but generally between 80 and 120$
A mechanical problem is causing your Ford Explorer not to lock with the bottom when your start the car.
If you unlock the car but do not switch the ignition on within about 30 seconds, auto-lock will lock the doors again. It's a feature to stop you accidentally leaving your car unlocked
I don't know why it does this but to stop it all you do is hold the lock button for 10seconds
Friction
Could the master cylinder be causing the issue.
This will depend upon the type of car you have, the type of shaking and what is causing the shaking. The solution may be anything from tightening a bolt to stop driving the car because it is dangerous.
find out if the car has a lock-up solenoid it could be that
It is just a safety feathure that Toyota has.
It locks up because it is a car that knows when to stop. And i am a 10 year old girl. :)
Take key from ignition and lock the drivers door, then unlock it. Another way is to put the key into the trunk lock and turn it. Stop locking the car by depressing lock when you exit. Use the key or automatic door locks.
