Actually I dont know the specific differences b/w them but we used BC107 instead of SL100 in a exp. in our lab.
If you want to check your circuits in EDC you can use a simulation software MULTISIM by national instruments
function of sl100
Ah, the BC107 transistor, what a lovely little component. Its full name is the BC107 NPN Silicon Epitaxial Planar Transistor. Such a beautiful name for such a helpful little device. Just like a happy little tree in our electronic landscapes.
What is the equivalent component to use in place sl100 transistor? ...
in bc107 transistor b stands for the material i.e,silicon here and c stands for af low power signal
sl100
WHAT DOES TLV stands for in TLV320AIC3254

No.. only a cord for the "soul sl100" will fit it.

i dont know exactly but i like to share what i know.... transistors are named as BC,BD,AF,SL,AC,BL..etc they are different from each other based on the amplification factor, maximum voltage can be applied, breakdown voltages,gain.......... i would make this answer better with reference......

It is an npn power transistor
sl100
The SL100 transistor has a TO-39 case. In the TO-39, the emitter is closest to the tab, and the collector is furthest away from the tab.
FM 100 is better because a bunch of people don't really listen to SL100 anymore.
