use two of them for 8 bits.
IC 7485 is a 4-bit magnitude comparator. It takes two nos in 4-bit binary format and compares the nos as to if they are equal or which one is greater.
IC 7806 is the voltage regulator that gives 6V dc voltage from 230V ac power supply. It is used to give power supply to the IC which operates on 6V.
pin1to 8 is used in ic741
The capacitor before the IC is filtering the output of the rectifier, so that the minimum voltage dip between diode conduction cycles is greater than the minimum voltage the IC requires. The capacitor after the IC is stabilizing the IC, by preventing it from oscillating, and responding to quick changes in load faster than the IC can.
ic made from bjt is known as bipolar ic
IC 7485 (a comparator) can be used as a subtractor, this is because...... as a 4-bit subtractor calculates the difference between the inputs and then provides value for a borrow and a difference.....in the same way a 4-bit comparator (in this case IC 7485) takes the inputs compares it and gives a corresponding value either A>B or A=B or A

Inverter, comparator, RS flip-flop, and transistor
Not sure about the comparator. XOR is what I came up with, so we have two XORs. This is the "exclusive OR" logic function. Build one out of standard resistors and transistors, or buy an IC with the XOR function already implemented, or use four two-input NAND gates. At least that's the way we did it in the 1960s. In analog circuits, a comparator.
can i use ic 7476 as time delay
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF IC 4027 IN SWITCHING CIRCUIT
Because , it will be easier to use , remove & replace a cascaded ic .
it is an ic used for generating pulses.its circuit has resembalance with the circuit of flip-
6 not gates
It depends on which 32pin IC you use. Please restate the question.
