Depends, do you need to connect auxiliaries/generator/capacitor/reactor to tertiary? If not you may consider to not to use tertiary. The 3rd harmonic current will become an issue then. The phase to ground Isc will be lower.

What is connection of YNynO transformer?

The YNynO transformer, also known as a star-delta transformer, features a primary winding connected in a star (Y) configuration and a secondary winding in a delta (Δ) configuration. This connection allows for voltage transformation while providing a neutral point on the primary side, which can be beneficial for grounding and balancing loads. The YNynO configuration is typically used in medium-voltage applications to reduce voltage levels while maintaining system stability and efficiency. Additionally, it helps to minimize harmonic distortion and improve overall system performance.
