A series motor respond by decreasing its speed with small increase in current for a given load torque. A shunt motor holds its speed nearly constant with large increase in input current for same amount of load torque
A Stab-Shunt wound motor is a type of compound motor. Is has a field in series with the armature and also a field in parallel (shunt).
You can tell the difference between the leads as the field in series with the armature has to be able to handle the amperage load of the armature itself. It will have leads identical in size to the armature.
The key issue to watch for is wiring the shunt and the series field in opposition to each other. This will create a differentially wound motor (suicide motor). The fields will (in effect) offset each other as speed/current increases. The faster it rotates, the more the series field will cancel the shunt field. This is DC motors 101, less field = faster rotation. This can cause a runaway motor.
field winding is connected in series with armature
A stab is a way of connecting an external electrical device to a distribution bus bar. Stab lok breakers have a stab that connects the breaker to the bus bar by pushing the breaker into the bus bar and the breaker stab applies pressure in four directions to secure it. Another device that uses a stab is a module (bucket) that fits into a MCC (motor control center). These stabs are movable and are used to align the module to the bus bars. Using stabs on these devices allows for expansion and contraction of the bus bars when heavy loading generates heat. Also individual modules can be removed from the MCC without shutting the entire MCC off.
Prong is a point as the tine of a fork.Edited: each of two or more projecting pointed parts at the end of a fork. pierce or stab with a fork:pronged
Generally, yes - a 35 uF capacitor is close in value to a 30 uF capacitor - but it depends on the circuit requirements. If you are talking about a tuned filter, I would say no. If you are talking about a power supply filter, I would say yes. Just keep in mind that it takes more current to charge a larger capacitor, so you need to consider the current rating on the diode(s). Of course, if this mattered in a power supply, then I would also say that the design margins are too tight. Again, 35 versus 30 is not a big difference - again, sometimes. Also, you need to ensure that the voltage rating of the new capacitor is equal to or greater than the voltage rating of the old capacitor.I've received a message that this capacitor is a motor starting capacitor in an air conditioner. My answer is this...Then I would consider it a tuned circuit, because phase angle of the power in the start windings would matter to the proper starting of the motor. However, my root analysis holds - you need to consider the system's design requirements. If any motor engineers out there are willing to take a stab at this, please do. I have flagged the question to attempt to get a better answer.
Saliva is what you lube my dick with. Bodily fluid is what comes out when I stab you for not swallowing.
In stabbing, it means pushing the needle to the bottom part of the tube while streaking, it is having a line in a zig-zag manner over the surface of the agar.

Quite a few of them, but "I Stab People" comes to mind first though.

the glass that broke will turn sharp then if you stab yourself the broken glass will stab you.
you stab it in the chest
One big difference is the tail. A C-47 has a squared off tail while a DC-3 has more of a rounded tail. (Vert. Stab.) Other differences are that a C-47 has a strengthened floor for carrying heavy cargo and also has a cargo door.
