Asplundh sends the trucks to Altec Industries for refurbishing, then the trucks are sold at an equipment auction usually to dealers. The trucks are usually amortised for ten years service contract to their utility clients, some are sold out as contracts close. The end-of-life for the aerial device is 25-years. All Asplundh used bucket trucks are equipped with the original manuals for servicing & operating the aerial device. All trucks are regularly serviced, kept clean & should have no body damage present.
