The electrical cleaning equipment should be grounded. This grounding is what protects the operator from a serious shock should the the cleaning equipment have an electrical fault occur.
An electrician would not normally construct a building or an electrical equipment vault. Not specified in the Code (means can be 6 in., 8 in., 12 in.)
it can be used but i would not recommend it. I would recommend going out to lowes or home depot and getting electrical tape. It is better for electrical projects and it can cost less than duct tape.Electrical Tape provides stretching and waterproofing qualities, electrical tape is non-conductive and is used to cover and insulate electrical splices and for other electrical uses.Duct Tape should be used for its original purpose only - temporary, emergency repairs. Please do not take chances especially when dealing with electricity. Duct tape is not designed for electrical work. Stay safe and use the appropriate tools and materials for the job. In addition, if you are doing this yourself and the job is electrical home wiring (outlets, etc.), I would recommend you do not. In most states this requires a licensed electrician. Please to not put yourself and/or family in jeopardy, its just not worth it.
You would need to shutdown the power whenever you are working on the electrical service.
I would guess it refers to transmitting energy using an electrical current.
There are many places on the internet where one could buy and sell tools and electrical equipment. The best places to buy and sell tools online would be Amazon or eBay.
It would be possible if you have the proper testing equipment and electrical tools to do the job.

A non-electrical fire would be one involving combustibles or fuels but does not involve energized equipment.
That would depend on the field in which they were practising their art.

I would be quite happy about it, because grounding (sometimes called "earthing") really reduces your risk of electric shock from the equipment.

When referring to electrical conductance, it is used in the application of electricity to equipment. Electrical conductance measures the equipment's ability to conduct electrical charge. A practical application would be to decrease the resistance in an electrical circuit so that the conductance is higher and electricity flows more smoothly.
