Check for loose wiring at the light itself and also at the light switch. There can also be a loose wire anywhere in the circuit supplying power to that light switch. Start at the light itself and work backwards in the circuit until you find the loose wire.
A central air conditioning unit will commonly turn on and off intermittently. To stop this, adjust the temperature on the thermostat or switch the unit either on or off rather than the automatic setting on the thermostat.
Three way switches do not have a up-on down-off position. With the lights off, reposition the switches so that the handles are all down. This is the start position and depending on how you enter the room and turn on the lights certain switches will be left up when you leave the room. That is just the design of the switches and for the asthetics of the look, all handles down the lights will be out.
lighting color is typically a preference. In a room like the garage, laundry or storage room, you may want more light and whiter is better. but i rooms like the library kitchen or bedrooms incandescent colors or are more soft and soothing also we use them to see clearly at light like the lights the lights that we use outside for parties and stuff.
Its the hash-slinging slasher.
When an electric bell is operated, a current pass through an electro-magnet intermittently. The plunger moves back and forth due to intermittent magnetic operation. The moving plunger or lever connected to it hits a metallic body intermittently to ring the bell. The movement of plunger itself cuts off and cuts in the electric circuit intermittently.
If the lights in a room are off, the circuit is open, meaning there is a break in the flow of electricity and the lights cannot receive power. When the lights are turned on, the circuit is closed, allowing electricity to flow and power the lights.
Sounds like your lighting control module (LCM) is going bad.

When i was trying to disable my DRL's (Daytime Running Lights) i pulled the fuse for them and my headlights and instrument lights were flashing intermittently. Check the fuse panel in the glove box and look for the DRL fuse. Check if its blown. Hope this helps!!!
To determine if the lights and outlets in a room are connected to the same circuit, you can check the circuit breaker panel. If the lights and outlets are on the same circuit, flipping the breaker for that circuit will turn off both the lights and outlets. If they are on separate circuits, turning off the breaker for the lights will only affect the lights, and the outlets will still have power.
nothing...maybe...
Turn the lights off in the room in which you are reading the document.
The light blinks on and off intermittently because there may be a loose connection, a faulty bulb, or an issue with the electrical circuit.
