frequency if it will not zero then we cant tell its dc ...

Answer

Frequency is the number of alternations per unit time. As d.c. doesn't alternate, then zero divided by any quantity of time is zero!

What is frequency of dc?

You can say DC voltage has a frequency of zero Hz.Because it is unidirectional in nature (may be positive or negative)

Well you can say that the frequency of DC is constant or not?

Yes it is constant at Zero Frequency. No, DC or Direct Current only means that the current only goes one direction, but it can have a frequency. You can have a square wave, sawtooth wave or sine wave that never goes from positive to negative or negative to positive and it would be a direct current with a frequency.

Why use DC circuit when frequecy is zero?

DC has no frequency.

What is the frequency of 27 DC volts?

Basically, "frequency" applies to AC, not to DC. If you want to assign it a frequency, the frequency is zero. The amount of volts is not relevant.

If it true that ac current can pass through the capacitor while dc current can not?

In case of DC: because the frequency of dc current is zero capacitive reactance ( Xc) = 1/2(22/7)fc f= frequency c=capacitence and when Xc=0 this implies that I=0 In case of AC: Xc >0 => I>0

In a DC suppy the frequency is zero. Why?

Frequency, as regards voltage, is a term applied to changes in the voltage per unit of time. As the voltage of the DC (direct current) supply does not change, it does not "cycle" like an alternating current (AC) supply. The frequency of oscillation of the voltage is zero cycles per second, or zero Hertz.

How do you calculate complex frequency?

As far as know, frequency is not complex and is a positive number denoted in cycles per seconed like 60 cps. 0 cps is sometimes noted as DC, direct current with frequency of zero.

What is the frequency of DC signal?

Zero = Nothing = Nil = 0 Hertz or Cycles per Second Direct Current is just as its name says: it does not alternate so it does not have any "frequency".

How many types of direct current and what is the frequency of direct current?

There is only one type of direct current and its 'frequency' is zero.

Is DC signal is periodic?

Yes DC is periodic with zero frequency........and undefined fundamental time period To........

What is the difference between current (DC) and alternating current (AC)?

ac comes directly from the power socket, and DC is battery source. Answer2: The frequency is the difference, AC has frequency f>0 and DC does not f=0.

What is strong the DC or the ac?

DC, or direct current, is stronger than AC, or alternating current. The reason for this is because DC current is smooth and unvariable as opposed to AC which varies from zero to whatever the maximum is, and then goes back to zero once again.
