There are many reasons to use a simple diagram to map complex electrical circuits. By using basic wiring diagrams, the larger picture becomes easier to understand. If you are trouble shooting a specific problem with your motor (i.e. battery is completely drained) and you want to find out whether their is a short or grounding issue, you can follow the simple diagram to diagnose the problem. Starting from the battery, follow the diagram to the next piece of hardware and test/fix the issue as you go. Then, continue to the next piece. Continue this process until you come back to the battery. This eliminates some of the head aches, and can also save money in the long run.

Circle diagram of an induction motor is plotted set of lines , arcs, and angles graphically depicting induction motor performance, derived from simple no-load and locked-rotor tests. A motor's "conventional" efficiency was determined based on four losses only: stator and rotor I2R, core loss, and friction and windage. Each of them could be evaluated with acceptable accuracy from tests without shaft load, through use of a circle diagram. Other than this all operational performances of an induction motor can be calculated by circe diagram without actually loading the machine. You can not count the advantages of the circle diagram only when you use it.
Electrical overloads are caused by the load amperage increasing above what it should normally be. On a motor load this could be a request for the motor to do more work than the motor is capable of, working outside of its HP rating. In a house circuit an overload is created by plugging more devices into the circuit than the circuit breaker can handle. Again the load current will be higher than the circuit will allow and the circuit will open by the tripping of the breaker.
I HAVE A SMALL ELECTRIC CLOCK MOTOR THAT I NEED TO REVERSE. WHAT IS THE CIRCUIT I NEED TO REVERSE IT?
can Hysteresis motor use like alternator
PLC logic is a digital computer used to automate electromechanical processes. The Star delta diagram is a diagram for a simple circuit that has the capabilities of starting a high horse power motor. A star delta diagram can be drawn in PLC Logic.

You have to learn how to read it. First, you must find out and learn what the symbols stand for and something about the other things that are on that diagram. That diagram is just a road map with a lot of signs. You need to learn the sign language for that diagram.
A simple electrical circuit consist in a source of power (like a battery), a conductor (like a wire), and a load (like a light bulb, a motor, a resistor, etc)

The breaker should be sized to 250% of the motor's full load amperage.
The circuit for a standard DC motor controller has two wires going to the armature and two wires going to the field. The encoder is typically wired to the controller be it a plc or some type of drive control. the diagram will differ somewhat from installation to installation therefore this question does not have a specific answer.
when you pick up the fuse cover under the motor there should be a diagram on the inside of the cover. # when you pick up the fuse cover under the motor there should be a diagram on the inside of the cover.
I can get pretty much any wiring diagram, which do you need it for? Example: wiper motor circuit/ door lock circuit? You can email me directly @ bg4lf@verizon.net My name is Ben/ ASE certified Technician, With Mitchell On Demand Software
