It would not have been possible as Tyrannosaurus Rex lived during the Cretaceous period and Megalodon during the latter Oligocene. They were incompletely different eras. However, as an estimation, Megalodon would have it's own advantage in open ocean rather than T.Rex which was not a strong swimmer.

No. Megaladon never met any Mosasaurs.

Mosasaurs became extinct at the end of the Cretaceous Period 65.5 million years ago. Megaladon never evolved until 25 million years ago. It was not possible for them to even meet.

Tyrannosaurus rex and megalodon did not live at the same time. Secondly, megalodon was a 67 ft long shark, even larger than T-rex. Even if a T-rex could swim, (which there is absolutely no evidence for), it wouldn't have been able to defend itself or outmaneuver the megalodon.
