The are not fully extinct but nearly extinct.
Most become extinct because they can not adapt to changes in their environments. Those that can don't become extinct.
Liopleurodon isn't a dinosaur. It's a pliosaur. And Liopleurodon is an just an animal. Animals don't really have ''enemys'' as such. Other pliosaurs may have been a threat to it though.
In years maybe decades the panda will become extinct
