Dangerous. It is a wild animal with claws that can kill a human if necessary. If you are close enough to one to be worried about it - walk away. You will end up in the hospital if is not being handled by a professional. The only reason a peregrine would attack a human is in defense of its nest. Humans, especially adults, are too large to be threatened by a bird that weighs four pounds or less. True, they can hurt you with their claws and beak, but a human could kill the bird quite easily. The only way a falcon could cause your death is if they struck you while you were attempting to mess with their nest, and caused you to fall off the high cliffs where they nest. They are wild creatures, and should be left to their own devices.
First off, you can either do it in the campaign (New Alexandria) or you can go into the forge mode and spawn a Falcon (Under vehicles). To spawn a falcon go into forge ball ( D-Pad ▲), then press X, after that go to vehicles and choose Falcon. To fly it, hold down LT until you go the height you want. Use the left and right sticks to steer. Hope this helps!
