I been contacted by this company. They said they have a parcel for me, but before they deliver it to me. I had to pay $2000. I asked if I could speak to a manager or Customer service, but the deliver man said 'the manager does not speak English'. I did not pay them and they never deliver the item.
Look at the customer in the eyes and say "I'm sorry but i just don't know what to tell you... you can speak to the manager if you'd like." If you are the manager you are screwed saying this. If you're a waitress this works pretty well. If you work somewhere where you know they wont fire you or the person keeps being dumb look at them and say "your out of luck."

If you orderd the product or service from a local Home Depot, your best bet is to speak to the General Manager or Manager of that Home Depot. If you don't get any satisfaction that way, I suggest you call the national Home Depot Customer Service number 1-800-430-3376.

There is no prefix that means "speak against."
If you are diligent and drug free, you may have a good chance at getting a job at Kmart. Most stores have computer based application terminals at customer service located in the front of each store. You may also find it beneficial to speak with the store manager or district manager to further your chances.
