I have seen bamboo in a can at the Piggly Wiggly supermarket, but I'm sure most of the big supermarkets sell them. (I am sure big companies like Jewel Osco and Schnucks sell them) If you want to make like a panda and eat bamboo, just letting you know, I have eaten bamboo before and it is really good!
