They eat meat, if in the wild, whatever they can catch, and they will usually gorge on it. But if they are in captivity, they are fed a diet of meat with supplements, vitamins, and usually enrichment foods. Many time in captivity they are fed a mix of commercial food, and raw meat with bones as treats. Tigers do eat some vegetation, but it's not like they graze, it's just an addition to their regular diet. They are big cats that require more food to maintain their health, and lifestyle.
