The Banggai Crow, or the (Corvus unicolor) is listed by the International Union for Conservation of Nature, IUCN Red List, with a status of "Critically Endangered" and a population trend of "Unknown". Very little was known about this crow for years, and it was considered to be extinct by many for a time, due in part to the lack of the species, and their remote island origins. But it has been rediscovered in 2007 and 2008. For more details, please see sites listed below.
