Why should we protect the endangered species?

Simply because we won't. We CAN, but we won't. We won't stop the slow and depleation of life until there's something that effects this entire world. Sure, it's possible, but not probable.

Until the day comes when we can change every heart and mind of the world, hold hands together, sing a Broadway number about polar bears and work together to make a difference, we will NEVER do anything. Never.

saving endangered species not only saves them but saves other living things like us. People i don't think realize just how important the food chain is. for example if we lose a main animal that is very important in the food chain whether we think so or not we lose other animals. why? a population could start to over run. like Spiders, we need spiders because of the bugs. without spiders the bug population would over run other specie's. animals can start dying because the population of food they ate from is gone they start dying which effects another population which then dies off. then it comes to humans, we eat meat but now we can't because there is none. we need oxygen but now we have none because the bees have died off and they can't pollinate the flowers. people think it's no big deal that there are endangered animals and they can die off but when our planet ceases to exist you'll wish you'd have thought to save the endangered species.

Because we don't know exactly what will happen to the balance in nature if they disappear.

Because it's a bit embarrassing to tell the next generation that there were a lot of cool and interesting animals around, but we let them disappear.

Because if we kill them all then the animals that eat it will become exstinct to and so on and so on. Get it?
