You should because if you don't, then they could die and then it's predators might die because they were surviving on that animal, and then it goes on and on, and we won't have any meat to eat. We need to help our food survive before we can eat it. We can't eat the juveniles, because they're the ones that breed, and the animal's that might survive could be illegal to hunt.
