technology helps us find information we can't find anywhere else. technology is harmful because our environment is being harmed by the oil being lost and humans using too many things we don't need.

This can be used to determine whether the parent is a carrier of an inherited disorder or completely free of it, (unless the parent clearly has the disorder), which can be used to determine the chance of the inherited disorder being passed onto the children.
