No. The (exterior) walls are usually steel and glass (perhaps incorporating some aluminum), all of the weight of which is borne by the floors. The weight of the floors is borne by the vertical support columns, which are steel or reinforced concrete. They're tucked inside. The massive weight of the building is transferred into the support columns, and that compressive force is transferred in turn down into bedrock. Most of the tallest buildings have their load bearing columns "inside" away from the outer walls. That allows the outer wall of the building to be more fully developed for "the view" from higher elevations. It also protects the columns from damage due to the possible impact of an aircraft. That was part of the design consideration for the Empire State Building. And a good thing, too. The 102-story structure was struck by a B-25 flying in a thick fog on the morning of July 28th, 1945. That was Sunday. Much of the building was open for business the following day. In the case of the World Trade Center, the exterior of the buildings were steel load bearing walls. It was an extraordinary engineering concept! And the buildings were superb! But, in retrospect, it may have been an engineering error - a fatal idea.

With concrete and precast concrete you can build fences, walls, concrete sound walls, pre-cast concrete perimeter walls, masonry walls, masonry screen walls and more! If you are interested in having a concrete or precast fence, perimeter, sound wall, masonry wall or masonry screen wall, then go to the links below for more information. Well you can make walls, houses, bricks and so on.
the elevator!
That's sort of a strange question. A concrete slab is a horizontal surface -- it's meant to be a surface you stand on or build things on. Concrete blocks are usually used for vertical surfaces -- walls. I believe that poured concrete walls are more expensive than concrete block walls. You wouldn't use concrete blocks as a substitute for a concrete slab.
Steel made it possible to build Skyscrapers. Answer "construction of skyscrapers"
Concrete and steel.
Basically steel, concrete and glass
No, most skyscrapers are made primarily of steel and concrete. Steel provides the framework and support needed for tall buildings, while concrete is used for the foundation and as a component of the structure. Iron is not typically used in the construction of skyscrapers due to its weight and lack of structural strength compared to steel.
Reinforced concrete
Concrete, Brick & Steel
The material of your walls can vary, but common types include drywall, plaster, brick, concrete, or wood.

Skyscrapers are typically made of a steel frame that supports the building's structure, with a combination of glass, concrete, and other materials used for the exterior walls and interior surfaces. The steel frame provides strength and flexibility to withstand the weight of the building and external forces such as wind and earthquakes.
Most sea walls consist of concrete or natural stone.

It is not likely, but it depends on what material the walls are made out of. Mud, probably not, but tile yes.
