No, that is why it is called a vent pipe not a soil line
is a stench pipe nessary
It's not the toilet, there's a blockage in the pipes some where after the drain pipe from the toilet joins up with the drain pipe from the tub. You're going to need to have the pipe snaked.
The laundry waste pipe is fitted to the main drain near the toilet and the main pipe down the line past toilet is partly plugged, forcing the laundry waste up the toilet waste tube. You need to auger the pipe from toilet to outside. If all the piping is in ground you will have to remove toilet from floor to do this properly.
Toilet flanges OUTSIDE of the pipe including cast iron and brass to lead
Yes.

It depends on the configuration of the pipe. It must be a minimum of 3" pipe and the configuration of how it is hooked up must allow for the toilet to be vented and must not disrupt the venting of other fixtures. Call a plumber.
I assume you mean the water is hot when you flush it. If so the toilet has been plumbed into the hot water system when it should be plumbed into the cold. That happened to me once I thought the toilet was going through menopause, However as it turned out however the hot flushes turned out to be a hot water pipe being connected rather then a cold water pipe.
Uh huh
A large black pipe, 3-4 inches diameter. Start by looking directly under the toilet -you will see it. It's the biggest pipe under your house.
In the end, yes. ANS 2 - By "the toilet pipe" -I'm going to assume you mean the drain . -The toilet drain in a small house is generally the main drain. All other drains are connected to it.
If by vent pipe you mean the venturi pipe it sounds as if it is plumbed backwards, in a spa jet you have 2 feed conections, one for water (the bottom pipe) and another for air (top pipe) if plumbed incorrectly water will back up out the venturi line (vent pipe)
The main toilet pipe is partly plugged after where the upper pipe joins the lower one.

Usually toilet flange is glued down onto plastic drain pipe. There is a toilet flange that can be glued inside of plastic drain pipe also.
Sewage smell in toiletbathroom coming from the outside drainage pipe work via the toliet and the sink and bath waste pipes even though there is a stench pipe just outside.?
