Only if it is wraped pipe -- And prime and wrap fittings also and install a annode
making sure your annode is lower than your pipe
Oil or natural gas
Most codes do not allow Galvanized piping/fittings on gas piping. I have used galvanized pipe/fittings on exterior gas piping before in the state of Michigan but other states do not allows this. Check with your local code authorities.
Yes, you can. You could also use pipe dope, according to my dad. He works for infra source installing natural gas piping.

The gas pipes of a belt continuous furnace are typically made of stainless steel or copper.
As far as I know, for underground piping use plastic, for above ground steel or copper. That is the practice in the UK, but I don't know about the US. I would be surprised if it is different. We did have underground steel pipes but these are now being replaced with plastic and all new is plastic (underground)
Through a network of underground pipes.
Piping is installing pipes such as waste /vent/ soil / gas/ water/ etc.
They are called gas lines.
Oil or natural gas
Natural gas is the fossil fuel that reaches homes through underground pipes. It is a clean source of energy that is used for heating, cooking, and powering appliances. The natural gas is transported through a network of pipelines that deliver it directly to residential areas.
Piping material used for forming gas would be 316L stainless steel.
Steam pipes? cant do with out drip legs, Waste line NG either, Vent lines nope cannot do it either or with gas thus one should know WHAT the piping is for
If you are moving or adding on to gas pipes and fittings, it is highly recommended to get a gas permit. If there happens to be a failure on the additional piping your insurance will not cover it if your house blows up!
The installing tradesmen are Master plumbers /Gas fitters /steam fitters HVAC mechanics who install the piping and other related equipment
There should be no more than six inches between CPVC pipe and the exhaust flue on a water heater. If the CPVC pipe is installed too close it can be a safety issue.
The common piping color code for compressed air is blue. This helps workers quickly identify the type of gas or substance being transported through the pipes to prevent mix-ups and ensure safety in industrial settings.
