I'm not sure if all i am saying is correct but i dont think ALL fashion designers are educated in those fields. Some may have natural talent and others may need to work on it. If your interested in being a fashion designer, i do reccomend going to school because a) you will have more experience and b) you may get the job or have a greater chance at being one if you have more knowledge in the fashion field.
