BeeMP3 is a search engine that finds music files on the Internet. BeeMP3 itself will not give you a virus but you have no way of knowing just where the files you download are coming from and what someone may have added to the file. It is highly likely that many of the music files found on the Internet will contain viruses and/or spyware. (See links below)
BeeMP3 provides one location for users to find various MP3 files. BeeMP3 allows users to share MP3 files. One should be careful using this service as there are people who claim to have received viruses on this site.
Yes it is. Beemp3 is a search engine that indexes music files across the Internet. Beemp3 does not supply any music files itself. While Beemp3 is safe you have no way of knowing where files downloaded from a Beemp3 link are coming from and what they may contain so the files themselves may not be safe and may be being distributed illegally. (See links below)

It depends. If your get a virus it will be from the site Beemp3 found it on. Beemp3 is just an mp3 search engine. Whenever I download from there, I check out the site it was found on first, and then decide whether or not it looks risky. I've been kind of afraid of downloading newer music, because I think sites with viruses are targeting newer music lovers, as they're the ones who use the internet more. But when I wanna listen to the Doors or the Jefferson Airplane I feel a little more safe downloading the music. Just check out the site the mp3 is from, and decide for yourself. You could also enter the URL of the site into AVG's website scanner, but the only way something can show up is if someone else has already reported it. It's risky, but if your smart about it, and you have AVG or Trend Micro Titanium, you should be fine.
