The easiest way is to not copy the files and folders in the first place, just copy the CD itself. If you want to make a bootable CD from scratch, most CD-burning software includes that option. If you don't have that option, there are plenty of freeware tools on the internet that you can download for this purpose. Typically you will create an ISO image of the CD from a folder structure and then burn the image.
To put information onto a CD, you'll need a computer with a CD/DVD drive and appropriate software for burning data. First, insert a blank CD into the drive. Then, open your disc-burning software, select the files or folders you want to copy, and choose the option to burn them to the CD. Follow the prompts to complete the burning process, which will finalize the disc for use.
Download Daemon Tools- look for it on Google- and you can mount the bin file as a cd/dvd then you can view or copy as you want
That entirely depends on what you want it to do, however it is easy to send commands to the command line using subprocess.Popen(), read files and modify them or back them up using the built in open(), or delete files. Did this answer your question?
Insert the Windows OS CD original and then reboot your machine ... after you will see a message "press any key to boot from CD" .. do that. Then if U have Windows 2000 Pro CD or XP Pro CD or XP CD whatever, it will install all the necessary OS files and related drivers into Memory and then will try to dedect the INSTALLED/ CURRENT version of Windows OS on your system / on C: drive. Then you can decide whether to REPAIR or INSTALL the Windows OS again. So choose REPAIR option and then it will ask u for the Administrator's Password if SET for C: ... just enter password if you have set up earlier other wise just hit [enter] Windows OS will get the necessary missing or currupted file(s) from CD drive and then will tell you to reboot again. Then remove Windows CD from drive and then reboot ... Now If things are normal then your machine will BOOT UP normally and will run. If U have problems even after repairing your windows ... please observe the problem what happens after what and write down and come back and ask the problem again ... We will try to work something out again ..... till then GOOD LUCK :))
keep them on a hard drive Back them up on another medium (CD, DVD, USB flashdrive Back them up on the Internet (Dropbox , etc)
Absolutely ! Any file you can save to your hard-drive can be copied or saved to a CD.... Provided the CD is a CD-R or CD-RW of course ! I regularly use CD-RW to back-up my files.
Back up your files to a CD or DVD at least once a week
Make system back up on CD's or USB stick with reboot action included. Either split hard disc into two partitions and save important files in separate partition or save important files on CD (Scan with anti-virus and anti-malware programs on computer all and if needed clean the partition or CD on different computer). Format the computer. Insert system back up CD or USB and reboot. Once rebooted upload files that you have saved from CD or separate partition.

Before using the system recovery disk or partition - back-up all your personal files to either CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW, memory stick or external hard drive ! Once you execute the recovery program all user files will be erased!
You can indeed burn a CD that already has files on it. You would just have to write over the other files on the CD.
A MUST is your Windows files which tends to be labeled as C:\Windows or instead of C:\ it would be your local drive... where your Windows files are located at. There's generally not just a list of files that you need to back up just basically anything that you don't want to lose. I backup all my music, movies, and personal pictures.
You could network it,but it's not necessary as you must have a cd to duplicate. So
You should always back up your computer files just in case your computer decides to go kaput. When you back up your files on another drive, you can always have access to them.
