Unclog drain that both sinks drain into.
slowly
I would give it a good plunging. They meet up at a common main drain so it has to be something in the slow one's line. Another thought. Take a 5 gallon bucket of water and pour it in the slow one's bowl as fast as it will take it. Bring the water level up to the rim. This is a much greater volume of water than it is used to and will often flush out the line. It can't hurt anything.
Is use to turn mills slowly
The structure absorbs the water slowly, causing it to weaken and eventually to collapse.
Quasi statics refers to forces or displacements which vary slowly with time. A force is considered to vary slowly if the frequency of variation is much lower than the lowest natural frequency of the system it is applied to. Basically means the "static" but nowt exactly static.
FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 7/3/09 -- Above "answer" not helpful. I also am experiencing same symptoms, but with newly installed sink-bowl. Trap, etc. all CLEAR. I am similarly befuddled as to why COLD drains fast, but HOT drains slowly. The only plumbing change was addition of a horizontal rubber section (where the drain goes into the wall after the J pipes) for flexibility.
The toilet drains slowly when there is a blockage in the pipes, a clog in the toilet trap, or a malfunction in the flushing mechanism.
As slowly as is needed to be safe.

your winky will slowly decompose into incinerated little ashes and then your mother will slowly and seducingly lap it up
Your bathroom sink may be draining slowly due to a clog in the pipes caused by a buildup of hair, soap scum, or other debris. This blockage restricts the flow of water, leading to slow drainage.
Your toilet fills up with water and then slowly drains because there may be a clog in the pipes or the toilet itself. The water fills up due to the blockage, and then slowly drains as the blockage is cleared or water finds a way to pass through. It's important to address this issue promptly to prevent further problems with your plumbing system.

Backing up while driving is putting your car in reverse with your foot on the brake and slowly letting your foot off the brake. If you are pulling out of a parking spot you might turn the wheel.
First get out and look, start the engine, put your foot on the brake, shift into reverse, look over your shoulder, release the brake, back slowly, watch your front end while backing.
If it is a standard transmission, you would need to slowly let out the clutch while backing up.
