It is highly unusual for the supply system's line voltages to be unbalanced as the source is considered to be an infinite bus. On the other hand, it is not in the least unusual for the line currents to be unbalanced, as they are determined by the load. If a unbalanced star (wye) connected load has no neutral, then the phase voltages will become unbalanced.

How does the non inverting amplifier differs from voltage follower circuit?

altough voltage follower circuit provides output voltage which is in phase to input voltage as in noninverting amplifier but in unamplified form.

Is current source available in any circuit?

The question is vague.A current source is the short form of constant current source.A voltage source, on the other hand, is the short form of constant voltage source. That being so, then no, a current source is not available in any circuit.

What reduces voltage?

It depends on what you mean by 'voltage'. For example, if you mean electromotive force (e.m.f.), then the internal resistance of a battery or generator will cause an internal voltage drop, resulting in the terminal voltage being lower than the open-circuit voltage and the greater the load, the lower the open-circuit voltage. On the other hand, if you are asking 'how' do you reduce voltage, then there are various ways. For a.c. voltages, we can use a step-down transformer. For d.c. voltages, we can use a variable resistor connected as a potentiometer, or a pair of fixed-value resistors to form a voltage divider.

How voltage is developed?

Voltage is a build up of electrons at one location relative to another location. To form a voltage gradient (difference), you need to somehow build up electrons at one location, or remove electrons from one location. Shuffling your feet on a thick carpet can do this!

Carbon monoxide is a neutral oxide because it does not react with water to form an acid.

Can acid react to a neutral?

Acids react with neutrals to form salts and water. The reaction between an acid and a neutral is a type of acid-base reaction, where the acid donates a proton (H+) to the neutral to form a salt and water.
