IVe had KP (keterolis perlias) since I was 5, and just this year I've started doing this and it cleared up in a little over 3 days. I bought some generic baby oil and some cetaphil gentle skin cleanser for all skin types body wash and in the shower I pump a little cetaphil into my hand and mid it with the baby oil and rub it on the affected area and let it sit for a minute or two then rinse. when I get out of the shower I put on some more baby oil but don't wash it off this time. at night I put vaseline on affected area (my arms) and wear a long sleeve shirt so the Vaseline doesn't get on my sheets. I'm not a doctor

Keratosis Pilaris, or KP, is a completely harmless condition suffered by almost everyone at least once. Indoor tanning will not get rid of the condition. Short showers with lukewarm to cold water help with KP. Use gentle soaps, and exfoliate the area 2 to 3-times per week, followed by moisturizing.
Vp = Vs + Kp(Vl - Vs) Kp
1 Kp = 1000 pounds 1 kg = 2.2 pounds 1 Kp = 1000/2.2 kg Accordingly, to convert Kp to Kg multiply by (1000/2.2) or divide by 0.0022
