A transistor is a simple electronic device that is the key to storing information electronically. Transistors can be combined to form a "flip-flop", a "latch", or other simple devices. The flip-flop and latch work slightly differently but are both capable of storing one bit of information. One bit is basically just a 1 or a 0, on or off, just like a light switch. Electronically, a 1 is represented as a high voltage (relatively speaking) while a 0 is a low voltage.
Genetic information is stored in the chromosomes.
The genetic information is stored in the NUCLEUS!
A block of information stored in an HTML file on a server is called a control file. A file may contain program instructions or data, which may be numerical, textual or graphical information.
A Web cache is a temporary memory in your browser where temporary information about the web site you are visiting are stored. Information like login id, password, previous history of pages you visited etc would be stored in the cache...
