To minimize the distortion of analog signals during transmission Because digital lines transmit signals more efficiently across distances than analog lines Because many telephone networks are moving over to digital interfaces
When using pyrotechnic visual distress signals, at least three must be carried onboard for compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations for vessels. This ensures that in case of an emergency, you have sufficient signals available to attract attention and communicate your distress. It’s important to regularly check the expiration dates and functionality of these signals to ensure they are ready for use.

There are tons of jobs in Nascar besides being the driver. There's the pit crew members, crew chief, spotters, officials, announcers, analysts and reporters.
A driller, two spotters
There are many ways to describe to a driver the direction from your place. You could give them step by step instructions.
One way you cannot communicate with another driver is through non-verbal gestures or signals when they are not in your line of sight. For example, if a driver is behind you or in a different lane, they may not be able to see your hand signals or facial expressions. Additionally, using your phone to communicate while driving is unsafe and illegal in many places, making it another ineffective method of communication. Safe communication should always prioritize road safety and awareness.
there is lots of signals to many to tell
There is many different signals for many different frogs. Can you be more pacific?
I dont think there is an actual reason as to why the spotters wear tracksuits; but just like coaches they choose to. You will see many coaches wearing tracksuits although they are not doing any physical activity. I guess spotters also wear them for no reason. (: xSpotters don't always wear tracksuits but they do wear sportswear which could be a tracksuit or a leotard and leggings etc. Spotters may have to move fast to catch a falling performer or push them back onto the bed which requires clothes that allow ease of movement. Also in the event that they have to catch someone or break their fall any buckles etc could cause injury. Most spotters are doing physical activity in that they are also coaching (which in the case of trampoling often does involves physical activity) or are waiting their turn on the trampoline and in a competition they might put a tracksuit over their leotard to keep warm, similar to footballers waiting on the bench.
In most cheer squads the amount of chearleaders range from 12-25. This allows stunts (with flyers, base supports and spotters) to take place safely.
It would depend on the car, the driver and the maintenance it gets. Most should give you 200K to 300K miles. A few will give you 300K plus.
