Most bags will make a 1/3 of a cubic foot of concrete.
An 80-pound bag of premixed cement = .667 cubic feet, or 2/3 of a cubic foot, of concrete. A 60-pound bag of premixed cement = .5 cubic feet, or 1/2 of a cubic foot, of concrete.
The answer is, remarkably, 6. Answer: "6 sack" or "6 bag mix" has six bags of cement per cubic yard of concrete mix. Since each sack/bag contains 94 lbs of dry cement, this equals 564 lbs of cement per cubic yard of concrete.

Typically, one bag of concrete requires about 2.5 to 3 quarts of water for proper mixing.

No, a 60 pound bag of cement does not weigh the same when it is turned into dried concrete. Once mixed with water and set, the weight of the dried concrete will be slightly more than the original weight of the bag of cement due to the water and other additives in the mixture.

i wouldn't think so! this is a 55lb. bag of concrete. water weighs 8lbs. per gallon. so you would need to figure out how many gallons of water you are going to use. should be some type of guide line on bag. but remember some of that water will evaporate. so an exact weight would be hard to figure, until the concrete was cured and actually weighted.

Every 80lb concrete bag should be mixed with 4 quarts or 3.7 liters of water. This mixture will allow you to place aproximately .60cu/ft of concrete. There are 27 cu/ft in a cu/yd. The number then becomes .0222 yards per 80lb bag. Therefore 45 bags of 80lb (4000 psi) concrete ready mix will be enough for 1 yard of concrete.
To make large concrete planters, you will need a mold, concrete mix, water, and a mixing container. First, grease the mold to prevent sticking. Mix the concrete and water according to the instructions on the bag. Pour the mixture into the mold and smooth the surface. Allow the concrete to cure for at least 24 hours before removing it from the mold. Once the planter is fully cured, you can add soil and plants.

The recommended water-to-Quikrete ratio for optimal concrete mixing is about 0.6 gallons of water per 80-pound bag of Quikrete.
