Will not happen in free space. Phononicaly in a crystal you can mix light. No where else. Light beams crossing each other will not effect each other or combine. A mirror will not combine them either.( This may not be true in extreme lab conditions and new metamaterials. )

What is the Frequency of a Laser?

An electron beam has no inherent frequency. It can be modulated by a signal that has a frequency. The individual electrons in the beam will have a quantum frequency proportional to their energy, However these are two different phenomena and it is not clear from your question which you are asking about.

Can you put a LED inside a laser housing to focus it into a beam just like a laser diode would?

No. Unless the LED is specifically a laser, you can not make it focus like a laser by putting it in a housing. A laser produces coherent light, which is why it acts like a beam. A normal LED is not coherent, and you can not make it so. Although you can not make a collimated incoherent light beam able to travel similar distances as a collimated laser beam, you can collimate incoherent light into a beam which would travel some distance with a small amount of divergence.

How does a vibrometer work?

Orgasms or "climaxes" are the build up and "explosion" of pleasure. When a spot of pleasure is hit repeatedly (sometimes fast and hard), a build up of pleasure begins. When your body hits the point where it can't take the pleasure anymore, it releases it's build up, hence the orgasm part.

What is the difference between continuous and pulsed wave laser?

Continuous I assume would mean a constant flow of light from the laser in the form of a wave train. Conversely, a pulse is only a single wave emitted by the laser.

Where can a blue laser pointer be bought?

Lots of lasers are available both online and in local shop.It would be fine to get a laser pointer from a laser shop. I am interested in laser pointer, and I have got a high power 1500mW LEVIN series blue laser pointer from LaserTo. It is pretty cool and powerful. It is quite important to get a high performance laser pointer with reliable quality, stable operation and long lifetime. For the most important of all, quality and service are both important.

How does the use of a dichroic mirror enhance the performance of fluorescence microscopy?

A dichroic mirror enhances fluorescence microscopy by selectively reflecting and transmitting specific wavelengths of light. This allows for better separation of excitation and emission light, resulting in improved image quality and contrast in the final fluorescence image.

A helium neon laser emits light of wavelength 633 nm Light from an argon laser has a wavelength of 515 nm Which laser emits the higher frequency light?

according to the wave theory of light,we have the relation that wavelength is inversely proportional to the frequency, therefore the electromagnetic wave with the lower wavelength will have higher frequency..

What is frequency of rotating mirror in speed of light?

The frequency of a rotating mirror does not affect the speed of light. The speed of light remains constant at approximately 299,792 kilometers per second in a vacuum, regardless of the frequency of the rotating mirror. The frequency of the mirror may affect how quickly or frequently light pulses are reflected, but it does not alter the speed of light itself.

Example of evidence that frequency of light does not change upon reflection?

When light is reflected off a mirror, the frequency of the light does not change because reflection is a process that does not alter the properties of the light wave. The frequency of light corresponds to its color, and when we see our reflection in a mirror, we observe the same color that was emitted towards the mirror.

Why is one mirror partially transparent in lasers?

One mirror in a laser setup is partially transparent to allow some of the light to pass through and create the laser beam. This mirror helps establish the necessary conditions for the laser to operate, by allowing light to be amplified as it bounces back and forth between the mirrors in the laser cavity. The partially transparent mirror acts as an output coupler, allowing a portion of the laser light to be emitted as the coherent laser beam.

Does any radio frequency used for laser communication?

no. LASER uses light frequencies.

What happens when you shine a laser at a mirror?

When you shine a laser at a mirror, the light beam gets reflected off the mirror's surface. The angle of reflection is equal to the angle of incidence, following the law of reflection. The mirror will redirect the laser beam in a predictable direction.

What vdoes LCD means in LCD Projector?

LCD = Liquid Crystal DisplayHow a LCD Projector Creates The ImageTo create the image, red, blue, and green light must be shown through their respective LCD screens, then brought together in a prism to form an image. This is done with the use of mirrors. As the light propagates from the metal halide lamp, it is shown through a dichroic mirror. This mirror only lets the red light through it but reflects the rest of the light. The rest of this light goes through another dichroic mirror that only lets the blue light through but reflects the green light. Hence, the red light is shown through a mirror and reflected into its LCD screen while the green light is reflected into its LCD screen. Then, the remaining blue light that passed through the second dichroic mirror is reflected a couple times into its LCD screen. Finally, the three colors are filtered by the gray scale images on the LCD screens to form the desired image, overlapped by the prism and projected onto a screen.

What are some uses for a laser mirror?

Laser mirrors are special mirrors used to direct laser beams. The mirrors are specially designed for the type and wavelength of the laser being used to keep the amount of light absorbed by the mirror to a minimum.

How do you make working model on street light?

Most objects do not give off their own light; it has to reflect light to be seen. Shine a laser onto a mirror and hold a piece of paper up in front of the mirror, watch how the rays bounce from the laser to the mirror and off onto the paper.

What is the frequency of light emitted by a laser pointer whose wave is 670 nm?

The frequency of light emitted by a laser pointer with a wavelength of 670 nm can be calculated using the formula: frequency = speed of light / wavelength. Plugging in the values, we get frequency = 3x10^8 m/s / (670x10^-9 m) = 4.48x10^14 Hz.

What is the frequency of a red laser beam with a wavelength of 650 nm?

The frequency of a red laser beam with a wavelength of 650 nm can be calculated using the formula: frequency = speed of light / wavelength. The speed of light in a vacuum is approximately 3 x 10^8 m/s. Thus, the frequency of the red laser beam would be approximately 4.6 x 10^14 Hz.
