Yes, you can allow file uploads to your site.

Add the file input to a form like this:

Make sure your upload.php has write permissions and then use the move() function to upload the file to your server:

$target_file = $target_dir . basename($_FILES["fileToUpload"]["name"]);

if (move_uploaded_file($_FILES["fileToUpload"]["tmp_name"], $target_file)) {
