why do most design layouts use bulleted lists in text boxes
Python lists can't be downloaded from an adress or website source. They have to be created in the Python programming language. Lists can then be created by using a text editor.
Bullets and numbering allow you to organize text in lists. Bullets are useful for unordered lists in which each item is not significantly more important than others.
Look at the examples below: <center>Hello, this text is centered.</center> <left>Hello, this text is left-aligned</left> <right>This text is right-aligned</right>
You can create a HTML file in any of the text editors known. Notepad and various other IDE's are examples.
sorting can be described as the arrangement of text/numbers either in Ascending or Descending order

The difference between moving text and copying text is that when you move the text, it is gone from the original spot. When you copy text, the text also stays in the original spot and then also gets copied to a new spot.
Find where the code for the moving text content lies in the layout. Remove that from the design layout.
Depending on what you actually mean by 'moving text' there is a few possibilities. The most common, however is a Marquee in HTML. The code for this 'moving text' is: <marquee behavior="slide" direction="left">Your slide-in text goes here</marquee>.
