If one leg has excessive hair growth it could be because of the side a person sleeps on. Hair will grow faster on the body on areas that a person does not sleep on. If a person sleeps on the left side, for example, the left side might have less body hair.
Yes, you can cut one leg of a potentiometer, but it will likely render the component non-functional. A potentiometer has three terminals: two are connected to the resistive track, and one is the wiper that adjusts resistance. Cutting one leg disrupts the electrical connections necessary for it to operate properly. If modifications are needed, it's better to use a different component or a new potentiometer.
On a three phase system, when one of the leg fuses opens due to a fault current on that leg, the system is said to be single phasing.
Yes, a wye transformer can have a high leg, but it typically occurs in a specific configuration known as a "wild leg" or "high leg" delta system. In this setup, one phase is intentionally offset to provide a higher voltage relative to the neutral, often used in three-phase systems to supply single-phase loads. However, standard wye configurations do not inherently include a high leg; it is more commonly associated with delta systems.
In a 4160VAC system, the voltage of one leg (phase) is measured as 4160 volts between that leg and the neutral point in a wye configuration, or between that leg and the ground in a delta configuration. However, the phase-to-phase voltage is 4160V, meaning each leg carries the same voltage when measured against the other phases. If you divide the line-to-line voltage by the square root of 3 (approximately 1.732), the phase voltage in a wye system would be about 2400 volts.
Only one neutral conductor is typically in a 3 phase panel.

Hair grows more on your head than on your legs primarily due to differences in hair follicle density, growth cycles, and hormonal influences. Scalp hair has a longer anagen (growth) phase, allowing it to grow longer and thicker, while leg hair has a shorter growth cycle, leading to less overall growth. Additionally, hormonal factors, particularly androgens, can affect hair growth patterns, contributing to the differences between body and scalp hair.

I don't think hair growth is a sign of anything. Or maybe it is.
no
Just to give some more information abt this. I'm a guy and I have fair skin.. My problem is that I have a lot of hair on my legs.. It is a lot and many times I'm just shy to go out in a short because it is curly. I don't want to shave it or to trim it because I believe that man should have hair on their legs.. So I browsed some websites and I decided to bleach my leg hair.. But I don't want my hair to become blonde (yellow).. The people here know that I have black hair on my leg. so I don't want that my hair changes from black to yellow ! My arm's hair is light brown, and I wish that I could change my leg hair from black to brown.. the problem is that I don't know how many time you should leave the bleaching on .. please help me ..
Well, some people try to get rid of leg hair. But for now leg hair grows by it's time. I don't think something can make you leg hair grow faster because a lot of people don't want it.
There are multiple reasons your horse could pull out hair on only one spot on his leg. He could have an infected area there. He could have gotton something stabbed into his leg there. Theres multiple different things. I suggest you call a vet. Sweeney_Todd_Fan
yes they do have leg hair there 18 teen years old
its dead
No. Yawning does not cause leg hair to grow. What does cause leg hair to grow (either thicker or darker) is shaving, genetics, and your overall hormones in your body.
Because you have curly hair!
