GCSE or A levels
maths at least a B/C
by eletric
You need at least 5 Gcse passes, possibly 7 for dentistry. The grades of these GCSE's also need to be A-C in some universityies in other universities they will expect you to have at leat 6 A/A*'s in your GCSE. These are: sciences (mainly biology and chemistry). You will also need to have got at least a C, possibly a B, in maths and English. You also need to do A Levels, which normally have to be passed AAA or AAB. Also a great source for your to look at is Dr Alka's book on becoming a dentist. That will help you get there Good Luck
in todays day and age you don't need many gcse's to become a carpenter/joiner.if you check your nearest college they will no doubt have carpentry/joinery courses on.some college's have a start date in september(so you'll be too late for that one).and other courses have a start date in january/february.if you take this couurse on then you will have a better chance of becoming a carpenter because there are some companies that are signed up to the college and will ask the college every so often is there any good reliable students.if you are 1 then they'll contact you.but if you don't want to go about it like that.then find a company that says they might take you on but come back at a later date to check then phone that company up every week and they will no doubt give in.and eventually you'll be doing an apprenticeship.good luck i hope i have helped.

Barring unforeseen circumstances. To within a few days, depending on how the dates fall, they finish at roughly the same time of year.
Most GCSE exams take place during the summer months, such as Junes, however they do vary depending on what subject it is and if you are doing resits or not. For example, module GCSEs take place throughout the year.
they are added together
Sorry, but your a bit slow aren't you? No one has sat O'level exams for ages. We're into GCSE's now.
As long as you try your best and get anything from A to C
In America they don't have GCSE's. They have other exams.
Where you learn all of the content over 2 years and take all of the exams in the summer of the final year.
