This thing doesn't make sense at all...but the answer is 42
(1) Steel and (2) the Elevator. Those are the most significant.
It's whatever the designers make them. It means that for an elevator for instance that the cables can take a much higher load than the elevator is rated for before the cables will snap. If the cables can take double the rated load then the elevator is said to have a safety factor of two.
Elisha Otis in the early 1850's invented the first elevator with a brake that could lift and lower cargo and people safely. The safety device prevented falling in the event a supporting cable breaks. It was Otis' invention of the elevator brake that would eventually make living in skyscrapers possible.

Elisha Otis later improved his safety elevator by inventing the safety brake, which prevented the elevator from falling if the hoisting cable broke. This innovation significantly increased the safety and reliability of elevators, making them more acceptable for use in high-rise buildings. His advancements played a crucial role in the development of modern skyscrapers, revolutionizing urban architecture and transportation.

Its possible but it is not in development at this time
Elisha Otis is known for building the first modern passenger elevator which used his invention of a safety device which prevented the car from falling if the cables broke. The elevator safety brake was first demonstrated at the Crystal Palace Exposition in New York in 1854. After ascending in his new elevator, Otis called for the elevator's cable to be cut with an axe. Instead of falling, the elevator platform held, secured by a brake using toothed guiderails in the elevator shaft and a spring-loaded bar that automatically caught in the toothed rail of the elevator car if the cable failed. Today, the Otis Elevator Company is the world's largest company in the manufacture and service of elevators, escalators, moving walks and people-moving equipment.

A pitch is slang for a marketing speech. An elevator pitch is a speech that is so short you could give it in the few seconds that you are in an elevator. It is the bare bones of your marketing speech, boiled down to the absolute essentials and designed to make your point in under a minute if possible. The term originated with the idea that you might share an elevator with the person who is responsible for buying your product or idea or skills.
