It means that the tube is clogged. You need to clean it out or eventually you will have a leak of the water that is backing up in the system.
The overflow tube is clogged is my first guess, unless someone or something has cracked the drain tube with activity in the area.
A reverse cycle air conditioner work like normal air conditioners only in reverse, transferring heat into a house instead of outside of one. It is not an air conditioner at all, but a heater.
When you cool hot air, water condenses out of it. This water should be piped to the outside of the air conditioner unit and drained away outside. It is possible that the drain pipe is blocked.
The cost of installing a central air conditioner depends on the unit as well as the size of your house. It can cost you anywhere from $1,500 to $1,5000.
Air conditioner. One heats the interior of the house; the other cools it.

The AC is dripping water outside because it is removing humidity from the air inside the house and expelling it outside as condensation.
It most likely means that the unit is working as it should. Some explanation is in order... First the air conditioner in your home is designed to cool the air. When air cools, any moisture that is in the air gets squeezed out. This is called condensation. Most air conditioners have a condensate pan buildt into the unit, and a line coming out of the pan through which the condensate can and will flow under normal conditions. Most units also have a secondary drain line. if water is comming out of this line then the firs is possibly obstructed. Hope this helps Terry Good explanation but if I'm understanding the definition of overflow tube it means you have problems. In my house, one of our A/C units is in the attic and has 2 drains. It has 1)a primary that drains to the house sewer system and 2)a catch pan under the unit that drains to a pipe and empties outside under the eaves. This is the overflow. If you see water dripping from a pipe outside, it means your primary is clogged and it should be fixed SOON. If the overflow also clogs, you'll have water damage to walls, ceiling, floors etc. We live in Texas and our air conditioner will remove gallons water from the air in a normal day. Imagine if it has nowhere to go. Riley
It has to be on a slight downward slope from your house so the condensation can drain otherwise it will leak into your dwelling. as far as the angle I do not know.
The rate of water dripping from the eaves of the house is 20 drops per minute.
don't no
Yes, there is a problem if water is dripping from a pipe outside your house. It could indicate a leak or damage that needs to be fixed to prevent further issues.
Water will condense in the inside unit of the air conditioner. This is because the coils in the unit get cold (ad expected) and moisture in the air condenses on them like moisture on a cold glass. There should be a drain inside the unit to drain this water. Check that it isn't clogged.
To prevent condensation on house windows, you can improve ventilation, use a dehumidifier, and consider installing double-pane windows.
the answer is air conditioner
The jet trails across the sky were caused by condensation. The condensation of the water on the outside of the glass left a ring on the table. The condensation fogged up his glasses when he walked into the house.
