Energy just changes to different forms, so "recycle" might not be the right word.
However, if you mean more like what *sources* of energy can be reused... things like solar power, hydroelectric power, and wind energy are renewable sources. Fossil fuels aren't... or not in the near-term, since it takes a very, very long time to renew those sources.

Waste to Energy Conversion is when you take waste (the combustible parts of household garbage, for example, that cannot be otherwise recycled) and burn it to run an electricity generator. Then you have used waste to make energy.
Yes. Slate can be recycled.
Australia: 56% of Australian waste either cannot be recycled, or is not recycled.
Recycled Energy Development was created in 2006.
Energy cannot be recycled in an ecosystem. While matter like nutrients and water can be recycled within ecosystems, energy flows through the system and is eventually lost as heat.
energy flows in one direction and nutrients are recycled.

no it can not be recyled because matter can not be recycled so it cant be either
No, recycled paper needs much LESS energy. It's much easier to make paper from recycled papers than from cutting down trees, chipping them, mashing them into fiber, pulping them and so on.

Recycling does not create energy. It reduces the expenditure of energy.
