That bulb goes out. The other bulbs remain on.
it is because the energy flows through the switch and it makes the light bulb turn on and if the switch is open the energy will not flow it will stay in the place the switch begins

Nothing. All the light bulbs in your house are connected in parallel. In a parallel circuit the same voltage appears across all the loads, and the supply voltage is nearly constant, so if one bulb is switched off it makes no difference to the others.
A parallel circuit will not effect the other bulb. If the bulbs are in a series circuit the other bulb will not turn on.
