If you need this kind of program, I recommend PCHand Screen Recorder, it could record any activities on the screen and the audio whatever you hear. I tried a lot of different programs before I bought one; PCHand is easier to use.

Then after you save the recording burn it to a CD ;) The default sound recorder stops you after 60 seconds of recording and you must hit the record button again... There are ways around this but i recommend using a better program.
