Since Marlin didn't amke a 1899, it is most likely an 1898. These old Marlin shotguns never had a lot of value in good shape, and refinished they would be less. I see very nice ones going in the $200 range, and average or less in the $75-$100 range. I would guess a refinished will bring something in the average range. Marlin sent out a bulletin stating these early exposed hammer shotguns should not be fired, regardless of the ammo used. That has relegated them to wallhangers for most owners. Some diehard fans refuse to accept this, and continue to use these old Marlin pumps at their own risk.
i think average value of current in ac current is zero.
The root-mean-square value is 0.707 times the peak value, for a sinusoidal voltage or current. Angle doesn't come into it.
Zero volts produces zero current.
Current relays are the relay which sens the current passing in particular circuit and operates when this current exceed its set value.
making current is a peak value attain at first cycle when the circuit breaker is close.the making current rating is expressed in "peak" value of the maximum ac current it can safely close on that's why it is always have higher value than breaking current. Making current is limited by the withstand capability of the contacts. Breaking current is based on the ability of the contacts to interrupt the current. If the contacts are not able to interrupt the current when they open, the heat energy in the resulting arc will often destroy the device. the breaking current rating is expressed in RMS value of the current.
This cannot be answered without you providing a detailed description of the shotguns overall condition, and the model of Marlin shotgun that you have.
To determine exact value of a 1904 Marlin 12 gauge pump shotgun, you would actually have to take a number of factors into consideration. The main thing to consider would be the condition of the shotgun.
