Hi . I am s.g.hegde as a safer side working max. 600 bar depending upon hyd. Pump capacity available with you.
The maximum flow of water in a 40mm Nominal Bore (NB) pipe can vary based on several factors, including the pipe's material, the pressure, and the length of the pipe. Generally, for a 40NB pipe, the maximum flow rate can be estimated to be around 25 to 30 liters per minute (LPM) under typical conditions. However, for precise calculations, it is important to consider the specific application and the hydraulic conditions involved. For accurate flow rates, consulting relevant hydraulic formulas or flow tables is recommended.
The maximum working pressure for an ANSI Class 900 flange varies depending on the temperature of the fluid being transported. At a standard temperature of 100°F (38°C), the maximum working pressure is typically around 1,480 psi (pounds per square inch). However, this value decreases at higher temperatures, so it's essential to consult a pressure-temperature rating chart for precise figures. Always ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards for specific applications.

If the applied voltage exceeds they Max working voltage than capacitor can blow.
Is this pipe going to be threaded / Grooved or Welded?
DIN 16 : max working Pressure is 16 bar Class 150 : max working pressure 21 bar
Pressure Nominal (PN) is a term used to describe the pressure that a PE Pipe is designed to safely withstand.A pipe's PN number describes the nominal pressure in bars that a pipe can support with water at 20oC.The pressure grades available according to European standards arePN 2.5 - max pressure 2.5 barPN 4 - max pressure 4 barPN 6 - max pressure 6 barPN 10 - max pressure 10 barPN 16 - max pressure 16 barTo convert bar into MPa use the formula: (PN(bar)/10) = MPa.
What schedule pipe?
Depand apone the system required pressure for water supply. it should be 1.5 times of max system pressure and for drainage only gravity pressure is enough to test the system.
To increase the pressure you would have to reduce the diameter of the pipe. Half the diameter would give you twice as much pressure. Therefore to get 25 percent more pressure you would reduce the diameter by 25 percent giving you 37.5. Be careful though, this only increases the water pressure not the water flow rate.
The low pressure port is on the back left side of the engine compartment. There will be a black pipe sticking up with a cap that says "9 nM Max." Unscrew the cap and you will see the port. The 9nM Max is referring to the max torque that can be used on the cap, and is basically equivalent to finger tightening without force.
Maximum PSI rating is on the outside rating of the pipe
on the side of the tire it will tell you the max pressure
Depends on which vehicle. The sidewall of the tire will list max safe working pressure. The owners manual or a label near the door will show vehicle manufacturer recommended pressure.
Check your sidewall....usually whatever max pressure is cold. Check your sidewall....usually whatever max pressure is cold.
