A pressure tank for a pump & well potable water system only has one connection. To connect the pump and tank to your house's water inlet, simply connect the tank and pump together with pressure rated pipe, SCH 40 PVC works fine. In that line, cut in a TEE fitting, and from that T, connect the house inlet with a valve to shut the water off.

To find the pressure at the inlet of the evaporator, you subtract the pressure drop from the low side pressure. Given a low side pressure of 15 psig and a pressure drop of 10 psig, the inlet pressure would be 15 psig - 10 psig = 5 psig. Therefore, the pressure at the inlet of the evaporator is 5 psig.

The upstream pressure is the pressure in a pipe or duct on the inlet side of a piece of mechanical equipment.
Orifice meter measures pressure by forcing fluid through a restriction (orifice plate) in the pipeline, causing a pressure drop. This pressure drop is proportional to the flow rate, which can be used to determine the pressure of the fluid. By measuring this pressure drop, the orifice meter can indirectly measure the pressure of the fluid in the pipeline.
