Drain line clogged. Toilet itself may be problem.
reinstall windows, it depends on which operating system you have or computer manufacturer you have. on hp , tap the f11 key until it says " loading files" then go to system restore and restore your computer to the original factory condition. that's all. or if you bought this operating system, return if get another one. or else, its illegal and cracked. another thing if you have a warranty get it in for check up its going to be free, possibly ;] hope this helps;]
This could be a lot of things. It is hard to say for sure with out seeing your car. 1. It could be that one of the plug wires is damaged. 2. Bad O2 sensor. 3. Could be that your fuel injectors need to be cleaned. 4. If you have an older car that has a throttle body injection system or a carburator, you will have a distributer cap. If there is moisture in it, your car will run this way. However, the moisture usually will evaporate and the problem will go away. This is probably not your problem. I would think that this probably has something to do with fuel getting to the fuel injector system or something else in the fuel system. I have had all of the above problems, so I know that these things could be your problem. The easiest thing to do to find out where the problem lies is to go to an automotive store and ask them to do a computer diagnostics on your car. A lot of stores offer this service free of charge. A mechanic will charge you for this service. A diagnostic will tell you where the problem lies.
Partitioning allows you to create a logical separation between different operating systems and data. For example, you could have a windows operating system on one partition, a Linux operating system on another partition, and your personal data (My Documents in windows and /home in Linux) on a third. This allows you to wipe one of your partitions clean and reformat without having to backup the data on the others (say for example, your windows install gets a virus).
You need to call a reputable, licensed company that specializes in Septic tanks and Septic removal. The problem could be a damaged septic tank, or a damaged drainfield. Doing it yourself could become a health hazard.
The problem is that there is no operating system ... or at least not one that it can find. There are lots of things that could potentially cause this.
You might be using an operating system. Remove that and then try again.
That depends a lot on what problem you want to solve.
Either the hard-drive has been wiped - or the path to the operating system is wrong.
The two concepts build upon each other. A single tasking (ST) operating system is necessarily a single user (SU) operating system, but a single user operating system may be a multi-tasking (MT) operating system. For example, MS-DOS is a SU, ST operating system (there was only one "user" and only one program could run at a time), Microsoft Windows 3.1 was a SU, MT operating system (only one user could be logged in at a time, but multiple tasks could run at once), and Windows XP is a multiple user (MU), MT system, as multiple users could be logged in at once, and multiple tasks could be run at once. There is no known example of a MU, ST operating system.
It could be that your computer is infected with a virus, has a problem executing the loader program that starts the operating system, has a hard drive problem, or gets caught in an infinite loop.
The complexity of make a custom operating system depends on the knowledge of the developer. If you intend to start a operating system from the scratch this could be a enourmous job and take some years to have a very simple and stable version. However it is possible to customize the open versions of existing operating system as Linux. On the internet you could find out that are many others versions of Linux that are frequently updated.
In this day and age, it would be quite difficult to create an operating system. In 1980, when personal computers came as kits, it was easy to unassemble the operating system, CP/M, and then create your own operating system. This was done and different companies used competing operating systems. Three operating systems now exist, Microsoft, Linux, and UNIX. They are far, far more complex than CP/M. It would be possible to get a copy of CP/M and study the code. You could make a computer start and stop. You could make it do a few simple things. You could not begin to create an operating system to compete with one of the big three.
Could be many reasons, could be a fuel management problem, could be an ignition problem, could be a charging system problem, take it to a trusted mechanic and have it diagnosed.
ROM - Read Only Memory, is a non-volatile section of memory which contains the programs which will start running when the computer is first turned on. These ROM programs could contain the entire operating system, or could start the basic input/output functions which load the operating system in from another location, such as stored on a disk.
all of the above
There is no reason you cannot load an operating system on a flash drive. However, getting the computer to recognize the flash drive and boot from it could be an issue.
