In the UK:
You need 5 GCSE's at grades A-C, these must include English, Maths and Physics.
You need a grade C or above at A Level Maths and Physics
And finally....a degree in Aerospace Engineering.
Either, do BTEC NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (2 YEAR COURSE level 2/3) or AN AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING COURSE IN CERTAIN COLLEGES, LIKE SUSSEX, or you could do an APPRENTICESHIP IN AERONAUTICAL/AEROSPACE ENGINEERING and earn while you train. :). You have to attend college to become an aeronautical engineer. Colleges and Universities offer a Bachelors of Science in Aerospace engineering.
